Congregational Care Network

- Frequency of Service: as requested
- Key Functions: Cook meals and prepare foods for special congregational needs and/or unique circumstances
Card & Care Package Network

- Frequency of Service: as requested
- Key Functions: Send cards to members after hospitalization, birth of a child, illness, etc. Also, assemble care packages for member encouragement
Music Outreach Network
- Commitment: minimum of one year
- Frequency of Service: as requested
- Key Functions: Provide music ministry to members in the hospital, at Hospice, who
are seriously ill, etc.
Prayer Network
- Commitment: minimum of one year
- Frequency of Service: as requested
- Key Functions: Pray for needs of the congregation

Java Team

Commitment: minimum of six months
- Frequency of service: once or twice per month, on rotation
- Key Functions: Maintain the coffee-service bar by providing coffee and accoutrements
Baptism Laundry Team

Commitment: minimum of six months
- Frequency of service: as needed
- Key Functions: AFTER a baptismal service collect wet towels, bring them home to wash and dry, and return them no later than the following Sunday
Cleaning Team

- Frequency of service: once-a-month, rotation
- Key Functions: Clean and care of Worship Center building and church offices
Medical Response Team

Frequency of service: as needed
- Key Functions: Medical professionals and CPR certified individuals needed who are willing to respond to medical emergencies during worship or other special events
Bulletin Team

Commitment: minimum of six months
- Frequency of service: twice a month, on rotation
- Key Functions: Meet at church office on Friday afternoons to fold and stuff bulletins
Worship Service Attendants - Greeters & Ushers
- Commitment: minimum of six months
- Frequency of service: your team serves one Sunday each month / you serve one service
- Key Functions: Have a warm smile, enjoy meeting people, and have a desire to be helpful to visitors and regular attendee

Making special events happen in our sanctuary takes a little effort and only a little time! Moving the chairs for special Youth Meetings, Vacation Bible School, carpet cleaning, etc., is quick and easy with the right number of people. If you’d be interested in joining the Chair Movers Team, on an as-needed basis, we need you!!!
Community Outreach
extreme Graceover
extreme Graceover offers service opportunities for helping others furnish & decorate their physical spaces after tragedy and hardship. This ministry provides home makeovers to approximately five families per year and assists numerous small organizations and families with furniture & decor as needed.
- Commitment: per project
- Frequency: as needed; home-makeover projects – 2 consecutive weekdays
- Key Functions: Furniture movers available for pick up & delivery to storage. Furniture movers for makeovers. Designer’s assistants who are willing to paint, clean, run errands, and iron. People who are willing to sew & recover furniture.
Men of Acts

Frequency: contribute minimum of 4 hours per month
- Key Functions: Men’s home repair / improvement / handyman ministry for those who need assistance due to health issues or financial difficulties. On-the-job training provided.
WinGS (Women in God's Service)
- Leadership Council: Help plan and execute all women's ministry events
- Graceworks FUEL Bags: Meet every 3rd Thursday of the month from 5-7pm to assemble food bags for hungry children in Williamson County
- Ladies’ Day Out Coordinator: Plan, organize, and implement social events for the women of GracePointe
- Nursing Home Visitation Ministry (NHC Place in Franklin): Plan, implement, and attend quarterly ministry visits to elderly residents, as well as the hugely successful Christmas caroling ministry event in December
- Local Mission Work: Assist with local service projects as needed
